How an analysis is created

From a football data feed to an explanation — with source transparency and clear limits.

ANALYTICAL WORKFLOW

Evidence first. Explanation second.

The model estimates outcomes from available results. OpenAI helps explain the findings and missing evidence; it does not create or certify odds.

⚑ What analysis can and cannot tell you

Understand which conclusions are and aren't justified by the evidence

How are win probabilities calculated?

When enough recent completed results exist, a Poisson-style statistical model estimates possible scores. This model is experimental, and probabilities are not calibrated against unseen seasons.

Does a high confidence number mean a bet is safe?

No. An estimated probability is not a guarantee or an assessment of affordability. Unexpected results and model errors remain possible.

Why are Winner odds sometimes missing?

Football fixtures and Winner Rwanda listings are separate datasets. Only a current, independently verified event with an unexpired price snapshot is labelled as bookmaker-verified.

Can OpenAI predict the exact result?

It can explain statistical scenarios, but it cannot know future results. Missing evidence, changing team news and bookmaker markets can all affect the outcome.
